About Lee
I’m Lee Harrold, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, trained at the Quest Institute in London, with over 6,000 client sessions completed worldwide. Inspired by my father, hypnotherapist and bestselling author Glenn Harrold, and my own exploration of spirituality in India, I chose a career helping people make meaningful changes.
My Approach
I offer a warm, confidential space to explore what’s holding you back. Using Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP, I tailor each session to help you change unhelpful patterns, feel calmer and build confidence.
🥇 Gold medal in Lee’s bracket at the IBJJF Lisbon International Open 2026.
Outside my therapy practice, I have trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for many years and recently won the gold medal in my bracket at the Lisbon Open. I made mental preparation an important part of my training.

Using self hypnotherapy, visualisation and mental rehearsal, I practised seeing myself stepping onto the mat feeling composed, trusting my training and responding calmly under pressure. On the day, I felt no nerves. I stayed cool, calm and focused, trusted my abilities and got the job done. Alongside years of consistent physical training, I believe this mental preparation played an important part in my performance and winning gold.
For me, this is a personal example of the techniques I use with clients in action. Whether the challenge is a competition, a difficult conversation or something you have been avoiding, learning to manage your response can help you approach it with greater confidence and clarity.
